We are pleased to offer a 30 Day Return Policy we are happy to exchange, credit or refund item's which do not fit, unusable or faulty.
Hygiene Protection Plan Added Protection For You
Due to the intimate nature of our business we regret that we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for the below listed items as part of our Hygiene Protection Plan & the Australian Law unless the product is faulty.
As added protection to our customers we have introduced a Hygiene Protection Plan which includes all underwear sold as a set & dispatched to our customers will be sealed individually in its own sealed bag (except if you have purchased a boxed item sealed direct from our suppliers) if underwear seal is broken we will not accept the return.
We take this matter seriously and will do everything we can to ensure our customers are protected at all times.
NO RETURNS On Panties, Bodystockings, Hosiery Or Any Intimate Items Unless FAULTY
You Need To
Contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and Receive Authorization (email@example.com)
Notify us ASAP of your return so we can hold an alternative item for you. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted & will be returned back to sender.
Posting Your Return
- Items must be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, soiled or altered in anyway garment tags must be attached.
- Please include the Original Invoice.
Include a note with the Reason For Your Return.
Send your Return With A Tracking Number as we will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
If you are exchanging please be sure to include A Prepaid Mailing Bag with your returned item so we can send your new item back to you.
If you are returning a faulty item we will cover postage cost. (No Prepaid Bag Will Be Required)
We will gladly Exchange your item please contact us ASAP so we can put your item on hold for you.
If you would prefer to have a Credit with our store you can spend this up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
Looking for a Refund? No problem (Shipping cost are not refundable)
In the unlikely event that you do encounter a problem please accept our apologies, your replacement item will be shipped to you within 7 days, as long as your item is deemed faulty and has not been tampered with.
If your item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or alternatively if you want to change your item we are happy to arrange this for you.
- WE ACCEPT POSTAGE COST (FOR FAULTY ITEMS ONLY)
- We will only replace items that were damaged / faulty when they were dispatched to you.
Items that are damaged as a result of fair wear and tear (e.g a fingernail pull, a thread or a clip breaks from rough usage or products opened & used cannot be replaced.
No refunds are given on sale / clearance items or items purchased during special promotions or discount offers. (please choose carefully)
No refunds for gift card purchases
We offer refunds only if the product is faulty & not for change of mind.
